The band features original guitar-driven Americana rock and also a handful of cover songs such as David Bowie's "The Man Who Sold The World" and "Overkill" by "Men at Work."

Roots Asylum will be performing at HandMap Brewing in Battle Creek, Michigan on Thursday, August 31st at 7:30 PM Eastern time. The show is available to those aged 21 & up. The band features original guitar-driven indie rock and also a handful of cover songs such as "What's Up" by 4 Non-Blondes and "Nothing Compares to You" by Prince.

Roots Asylum will perform live at Paw Paw Brewing Company on Saturday, May 8th starting at 8:00 PM Eastern Time. This show is all ages and the band is family friendly. We feature original guitar-driven roots rock and also a handful of cover songs such as David Bowie's "The Man Who Sold The World", Four Non-Blondes "What's Up?" and "Handle With Care" by the Traveling Wilburys. Roots Asylum is a 5 piece band featuring rock drums, electric bass, acoustic guitar, electric guitars and vocals. Their debut 6 song EP "Home Brew" will be on sale in CD format on the day of the show. Many of their original songs are already available for listening on premiere streaming platforms including Apple Music, Spotify and Pandora. The band is currently in the studio as well recording and releasing new singles.

Roots Asylum is a Michigan Roots Rock band playing a mix of original music and cover songs. They have released their first 6 song EP titled "Home Brew" and are playing regional shows. They continue to write new material as well as surprise with loved classic songs by artists such as the Rolling Stones, David Bowie and John Denver.
